Nohabe luxury soap is made entirely by hand in the cold process tradition. “Made by hand” means hand stirring and blending, pouring, cutting, trimming and wrapping each unique bar. From formulation to blending to resting and curing, every bar has been through at least a four to six week process to get to your home.
Nohabe hair soaps can be used like a normal shampoo. Wash normally with soap as many time as needed, then rinse it well with plain water, after rinse it with Nohabe Locke Silk solution or a selfmade acidic rinse (for exmaple apple cider vinegar or lemon rinse), then again with plain water (rinse very well). Nohabe Locke Silk granulat contains plant particules, which can remain in you hair, but can be removed easily with combing and drying. After washing you can use any kind of hair balsams or forming agents, but be aware that many products contain artificial ingrednients which may stuck on your hair or scalp causing irritation and scalp problems.
The change from normal shampoo to hair soap can be a challenge. You may notice heavy hair, waxy appearance and stickiness during the first few washes. It depends on your personal hair and also on the products you used before, how much time your hair needs to restore its natural, healthy look. The soap removes all artificial chemicals that stick to your hair. Give your hair time to recover, wait at least one month with washing it with only soap, don't give up.
